What we collect and why
We collect the data you give us when you contact us or book (name, phone, email, dates of stay and, where applicable, billing details) solely to answer enquiries, manage bookings and meet legal and tax obligations. Online bookings are processed by the Cloudbeds booking engine, whose data processing is governed by its own privacy policy.
Retention and security
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for the periods required by tax and hospitality regulations. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by writing to [email protected]. Under Argentine Law 25,326 (section 14, subsection 3), the data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown.
Supervisory authority
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory body of Law 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection rules in force.

This site does not use its own tracking cookies. The embedded map and the booking engine may use cookies from their respective providers (Google and Cloudbeds).
