If you booked remotely (online booking engine, WhatsApp or email) and want to revoke your acceptance, you can do so within ten calendar days of the booking confirmation or payment receipt, and at least 24 hours before the check-in date. Fill in this form: we will send you the tracking code of your request within 24 hours, by the same channel.
